Poor communication - no response to inquiries about luggage storage. Lack of clean towels for the duration of the stay.

I loved staying at the Light Blue Apartments - Downtown in Lisbon. The view from my room overlooked the pool area, which was so beautiful. The room was clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a long day of exploring the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town, trams, and metros. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
It would have been nice if there was a safe in the apartment for extra security. Also, there were no toiletries provided as stated, which was a bit disappointing.
